I like the feel of the pillow. It does retain a lot of heat. I wish it was a little longer and also reversible.

I was pleased with the price and ease of ordering. I was disappointed in not receiving shipping notification and tracking number. However I was pleased with the customer service to follow up my request for the shipping information. I was very disappointed to learn that my merchandise was not even in stock but shipped directly from the manufacturer.
